I have yet been able to find a Jr. Congregation leader for our academic year.  Until I do, your children are invited to join the regular congregation in prayer.  Unless there is a Bar/Bat Mitzvah, I always involve the children in my services.  They lead prayers and help take out and return  the Torah to the ark e.g. open and close the ark.
